Answer inbound calls for The Partnership for Prescription Assistance will help you find the program that’s right for you, free of charge.
Responsibilities: Answer questions pertaining to benefit information, Utilize critical thinking, customer service skills, and research to resolve the issue in one call. All calls are recorded. Assist with training initiatives, special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM CST
Skills: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Proficient with using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office applications Ability to multitask and research thoroughly
Qualifications: 1 year of Call Center experience is required
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Healthcare/Managed Care Knowledge is preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred
